List of Documents Requirements for the Class of 2025

Undergraduate Degree

  1. Valid Passport
  2. High School Diploma (Original scanned and notarized copies)
  3. Physical Examination (please see form link attached)
  • This physical form should be presented to the medical examiner/doctor with a passport-sized photo for stamping and signing after successfully conducting the examination.

  1. Police Clarence (ex., The New York Police Department, The Liberian National Police, etc.)
  2. Study Plan (Motivation/Personal Statement)
  • Write an 800-word essay detailing your field of study, why you decided to study at your university and the country of choice, your career ambition, and how your education will impact your country’s growth and development.
  1. Resume/CV
  • Include all academic and professional experiences, including internships/apprenticeships.
  1. Any academic and professional awards/certificates (WAEC, IELTS, SAT, HSK, etc.) – Optional
  • Including certificates from vocational schools is also encouraged.
  1. Personal and Family Details:
  • Name of parents/guardian
  • age, profession, area of work
  1. Bank Statement with (at least 6,000 USD) Bank balance reflecting
  • Applicants should provide a letter of financial support from the account holder if the bank statement provided does not belong to themself.
  1. Name and location of the nearest international airport in your home country.
